The "5 Maggio" is a farmhouse with pool in the heart of Piedmont, in Italy and specifically in the beautiful and well known area of the Langhe which is famous worldwide for its wines (Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera ...) and for its traditional foods (white truffle, cheeses, game …) and for its amazing landscape.
Our guesthouse is located in a small village near of the historic town of Cherasco.
It has been recently restored from a farmhouse dating back to 1700 maintaining its old atmosphere untouched and it is located in a panoramic, sunny and green landscape.
We offer 4 apartments for 2 up to 8 beds for each apartment and one twin room, all our apartments are equipped with private bathroom, TV and kitchenettes and are all ideal for weekend break but also for holiday for young couples, families and groups of friends, but also ideal for business trip.
A large garden with picnic area is a nice place for alfresco meals and a children's playground will be on hand to ensure you a relaxing holiday time surrounded by incontaminated nature and on hot summer days our pool is ideal for a refreshing moments to be spend in peace and tranquility.
Despite being surrounded by nature (our farm is focused to the cultivation of the precious Hazelnut "Tonda Gentile Langhe") Our farm is located in a strategic position for reaching the main tourist attractions and economic interest in the area: Alba, the capital of the Langhe regions and Bra, home of the leading food and wine events in the area, are just a few kilometers away.
From the 5 Maggio you can easily reach the most important wine villages of the area: Barolo, La Morra, Grinzane Cavour, Monforte d'Alba, etc. .. etc.
..Staying with us will mean spend your time in the silence and peace that only a incontaminated nature such as Langa will be able to transmit, but at the same time you will be able to reach the main tourist attractions: a winning combination!

Our apartments
On the ground floor we offer a studio flat with kitchen plus a double bed room with bath, these two solutions, which have no architectural barriers, allow ready access to the garden where you can eat and rest.Upstairs we have 3 apartments, first two are two rooms flat and the third is a three rooms flat , all three ideal to accommodate from 2 op to 8 people.
All the apartments on the upper floor have access to a large balcony with chairs and table for your alfresco mealsTo get a quote for your specific needs please contact us by filling in the form that you will find below a call or send us an email.
We will offer you the best quote for your needs whether you decide to spend one weekend in the Langhe, or you are interested in longer holidays.The prices includes apartments, crockery, bed linen and towels.It does not include the costs of heating during the winter season (maximum cost of € 5 per day per apartment).
For those who wish to make their breakfast in the room , we supply an espresso and cappuccino machine, biscuits, toast, jam and croissant; the cost of breakfast is 5 € per person.We accept credit card payment
